Crane rail fastening

Our crane rails fastening materials are well adjustable to calibrate the crane rails. In addition, these have a self-locking mechanism, which settles the clamping plate against the forces of the crane.

Crane rail clips

The rail clips we use are bolted to the rail support, or fixed with a welding stud.

Underlay crane rails

Our underlay for crane rails, allow a small movement of the rail, while at the same time the pressure on the crane wheel and the rail support structure decreases.

This underlay comes with a continuous steel reinforcement and is encapsulated in an area resistant elastomer.

Concrete fixing

We also use materials for fixing crane rails on concrete. Rails on concrete should be placed on steel plates. These are secured with fixing bolts. Mortar based on cement, epoxy and polyester are used extensively to support and mounting of crane rails.
